Pack Spring Campout and Crossover

posted Mar 1, 2010 8:26 PM by Chris Turner   [ updated Apr 20, 2010 7:16 PM ]
This year, we are going to combine our Spring Pack Campout with our end of School year Crossover.
When: April 30 - May 2 (Dinner on Saturday from 4:30 - 5:30 and Crossover ceremony begins at 5:45 pm)
Where: Green Valley Bible Camp (map below)
Who: All Scouts and Families

Campers should plan to arrive on Friday evening.  Please eat before you arrive, or bring your own dinner on Friday.
Saturday Lunch will be on your own, but the pack will provide Saturday morning breakfast (for all campers) and Saturday evening dinner (for everyone who attends).
Everyone is usually ready to pack up and go early on Sunday morning, so we will not serve breakfast as a pack.

Lots of activities planned for Saturday during the day (See attachment below for a schedule of activities)
For those who cannot camp, PLEASE try to attend dinner, the crossover ceremony and the Campfire on Saturday!
After the Crossover ceremony, Dinner will be served (BBQ Dinner or Hot Dogs) followed by a Campfire program and a American Flag Retirement ceremony.
We are asking each family to bring their favorite dessert to share with the pack after the Crossover dinner (refrigerators are available if needed)
