Fall Cub Adventure!

The Cornerstone BSA District will be holding Fall Cub Adventure on Oct. 4, 5, and 6th. The theme this year will be Mad Science. The District FCA committee has some exciting things planed for this campout. Each Scout can earn TEN Belt Loops!!

We must register as a Pack By Friday, Sept. 20th!! If your family plans to attend please contact our Committee Chairperson (Joan) or sign up Monday night, September 16th!

 


The Cost:

Family Camping:  Friday and/or Saturday night $20 plus $10 per person for three meals on Saturday.  For example, if you have a family of four the cost would be $20+$40=$60.

Coming just for Saturday (no camping):  $10 per Scout plus $10 per person for three meals on Saturday.  For example, if you have family of four with one being a Scout cost is $10 + $40=$50. 


Each Scout will get an awesome patch and T-shirt!

You can purchase extra Patches at $4 each and extra T-shirts at $10 each.

When you sign up please let us know if you are camping, and the size of T-shirt for your scout.

 


Other important information:

We will camp as a pack. When you arrive they will direct you to our site.

You can arrive after 2pm Friday, Oct. 4th and as late as 9pm.

Saturday Breakfast will be served at 7:00am-8am, Activity's start at 8:30am

This campout is located off Hwy 279 West of the Benton County Fair Grounds. A map will be sent out closer to the date, along with a packing list.

The physical address is 13355 Motley Rd.

They need First Aid Volunteers to work in 2-4hour shifts! If you are trained (CPR and First Aid certified; doctor, nurse, first responder, etc) and can help out please notify our Committee Chair asap.

We need volunteers to run our game in shifts, Please let us know if you can help out.

Is anyone an awesome outdoor cook? There is a competition for cooking dinner. If you love cooking on a grill please contact Committee Chairperson Joan ASAP!

Mowing!  We need someone who can mow our camping site area on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday before the campout. It makes it much more enjoyable if the site has been mowed. 


Don't Have Camping Gear?  Don't let that keep you from camping with us!

Our District GearShare program has tents, sleeping bags, and other camping equipment to loan for a small, one-time fee.  Let your Den Leader or our Committee Chairperson know if you would like to take advantage of this service.
